Vitamin D can be obtained through foods such as fish, but it is mostly acquired through synthesis when sunlight contacts the skin. The UK government recommends 15 minutes of sun exposure daily to get the right amount of vitamin D, but this can be quite hard due to the weather. As you can't manage to get daily sun exposure, I would suggest adding vitamin D to your formula. Vitamin D has shown promising results in reducing symptoms of cold urticaria, so I'll add a higher dose to your formula for this.

Gut health is incredibly important to your overall health, from your immune system to your brain. Bloating/gas may be caused by poor digestion, improving your gut health may help with this. Consequently, I'd suggest adding our probiotic to your Vitbox Bespoke formula.

Magnesium is vital for overall brain health, since you struggle a bit with your focus, I'll make sure there's enough in your formula to help with this.
